30 years later

The gathering tonight makes me ponder. 30 years later. where will we be? what will we be doing? what's life for all of us in years to come.?

Joined my parents' gathering tonight. A total of 13 families attended the gathering. Friendship that lasted since their 20s. Makes me go whoa!

Snacks and alcoholic drinks throughout the night until the wee hour, 2 a.m. to be exact. They crap like the old days, drank like they're just 18, danced like they're still in their mid-twenties, party like there's no tomorrow. Mum told me they used to be King & Queen of the dance floor. Guess that's where the dancing gene came from heh. Friends from graduation to dating to marriage to being parents to having children to becoming grandparents. How amazing !
